INSURANCE:

We ship orders via USPS or UPS depending what you pick at check out. Once the orders are shipped, they are out of our hands and we do not have any additional information on the tracking. All we see is exactly what you see when we track the package. 

What if my package is lost/stuck in transit? 

I know that this situation can be very scary and the best thing to do is to reach out to USPS or UPS. You can file a missing mail claim on the USPS website and USPS will help you from there. Once a package leaves us and USPS/UPS has scanned it, we are no longer responsible to what happens to that package as it is out of our control.
